The contact form sends the entered data to FormSubmit, which forwards it to libly@startes.com to handle the enquiry. The service may display an anti-spam check on its own page. Tracking
The site does not integrate analytics, advertising, external fonts or embedded third-party content. The site is hosted on the Sites platform.
Before public launch
The data controller, contact details, enquiry recipients, storage arrangements and retention periods, and any providers must be confirmed. The full privacy notice will reflect the features actually activated.
Storage on your device
The site uses browser local storage to remember that you have read or closed the privacy notice. The libly_privacy_v1 key contains the notice version, the technical-only choice and the date it was saved. It is read on this domain for 180 days, after which the notice is shown again. You can delete it through your browser settings or update your choice in cookie preferences. It does not contain form data.
Navigation and infrastructure
Delivering pages through the Sites platform may involve processing technical connection data by the hosting infrastructure. The controller, privacy contact, providers, legal bases and retention periods must be specified in the full notice.
